Block 19 is a large multifamily dwelling and parking structure located minutes from the ocean in downtown Oceanside. MC Painting worked with Ryan Companies, scope of work included interior paint and wall covering installation, 2 component coating at the exterior of building. Interior stair metal coating and urethane sealer applied to wooden stair treads. High performance epoxy paint used in trash and wash room areas. Installed FRP in the interior areas and exterior graffiti coating with 5 year warranty.
